Design Services

Mechanical design - Our designers can either work closely with your styling group or use our own industrial design capability to create products that match the styling of the vehicle and utilize the limited space available. We also have the experience to make mounting and harnessing easier, reducing installation time for the factory or dealer.

Electrical design - We have been designing our own motorcycle radios for nearly 20 years. We understand how to create products that can withstand harsh environments and turn even the noisiest electrical charging system into great sounding audio.

Software development – Written by Radio Sound’s engineers, our extensive software library provides our customers with a cost-effective custom solution for their application. Since we make radios exclusively for the powersports market, we understand the unique user interface requirements. In fact, all of the features of our N-TOUCH system can be accessed from the handlebar control with a minimum number of buttons and menu layers. Our software capability includes CAN & J1850 BUS and Bluetooth wireless.

Testing - We have in-house capability to test the critical performance aspects of our products. We can partner with outside laboratories to offer quick and effective FCC & EU certifications. Since our customers have unique requirements, we work with them to develop specific test plans for each product that we supply.

Manufacturing - Our manufacturing system is flexible enough to allow us to efficiently produce either small or large production quantities for domestic or international destinations.

Customer service - We have a customer service call center and many years of experience handling warranty claims. Radio Sound can provide whatever level of warranty service your customers need, including next day replacement of products. For products out of warranty, we can offer a reasonably priced repair service program. We will service any product we ever sold.
